WHO IS JMMLIFE
WHO AM I… WHO IS JMMLIFE?
jmmlife (Jon-Michael McFarland) is a scotsman who, If knowledge is truly power, learned how to fight to stay alive. Born and raised in Utah, you either hate it here or love it here. I happen to grow up skiing Alta Ski Resort, yes skiing! Being placed on two sticks at 2 years old you learn a lot about yourself. From 2 until 12 years old being a skier I had a epiphany, “Skiing is pretty whack.” Seeing snowboarders fly past me at brighton made me want to get into it. I hated it at first……. but i dedicated the next 15 years to educating my self about snowboarding, the back country, and even graduated high school early. That training and dedication really allowed me to learn how to make a name for myself as a professional. I got sponsors, free product, photos in magazines and if I could do that forever, I would and that was my plan! Later, I realize that yes I’am a good snowboarder but I educated myself on every other aspect of the sport.

jmmlife, Brain Cancer Survivor
On May 28, 2010 at age 25 he had a grand maul seizure and was diagnosed with “B” cell Lymphoma Cancer. From May to November, I went through extensive treatments of chemotherapy and radiation. In todays day and age you need antioxidants aka “fruits and vegetables” to protect your cells from free radicals. Now I have a another passion; being healthy, being financially free, help my fellow man, and understanding that “KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.”
