James Bond word association when asked about Skyfall, DONE! Daniel Craig, is the best Bond in the 2012 Film “Skyfall” ever. He goes through a lot of struggles, gets nearly killed by one Miss Money-penny, and falls back into into addiction but preservers, and battles with the probably the most debacle villain.
In “Skyfall”, why does James Bond want to fall off the map?
The answer that he doesn’t, he does not want to go were he grew up. Even with all the betrayal that “M” gave him, she still gives him the grief that he doesn’t need to receive. He was trained for every situation and he is is more the than successful. This is the first James Bond movie that we have even seen in my decade were “M” moves a muscle. She talks a lot of ish but she could not back it up and at the end parishes.

Why the comeback of the db5 by Austin Martin and James Bond?
Is not the db5 a classic car in style? I hope I can get one of these in days and not only this car but a golden gun! Can you tell that I am a fan of James for he an icon of secret spies. He tries to make situations right but he is obviously cares for people. That can go against him when he goes against “M” and another debacle villain?

He surely knows how to get the job done and know how to to be the last rat standing. Javier Bardiem play the most respectable villain and he gave Bond A run for his money/life… But the difference that Bond had the whole MI6 and Javier had just mercenaries. “Q” said it himself, “I can do in 1 hour in my pajamas than you can do in a week out the field.”

Why are you not able to exercise? What makes people in america be so overweight/obese? I know that McDonalds, BurgerKing, Carls Jr., and TacoBell are cheap and easy but you actually need to work harder and exercise more often. I exercise 3 times in a week and proud of my decision to stay healthy. Again, Why are you not able to get healthy ?

I recommend to not exercise much
Why do I recommend to not exercise to much? Well, the answer to the question is that your prone to break down. We need to take care of ourselves the best we can. Isn’t this life about the journey and not the destination?
Work smarter, not harder when it comes to daily exercise
I refuse to give up on out fellow man or woman! I hope that you understand that the gym is a requirement for the 21st century. Please help me spread the word that our society around the world that we have a small (massive, huge) epidemic on our hands. Please be aware the going to much to the gym can hurt you and not going enough can hurt you.
…One day we will be in Mad Max or we will be in Demolition Man and either way only the strong will survive…

Do you consider your self a gym rat? If you do that is great but do you have a balanced diet. If not, rethink what working out does to your body because it could go against you! You may consider that you may have seen yourself from the outside a success, but what has fitness done to your insides?
Why you are what you eat when it comes to fitness
The human body according to my experience of contracting cancer is; if you do not take care of your diet while you preform fitness your body breaks down. People often think that, “Oh my mom or dad has had or has cancer so I will have cancer.” You need to take care of your internal body more than the outside LOOK of your body. Fitness is important but not as important as what fuel your body is eating or feeding itself off of. Check this out done by Time Magazine about Epigenetic’s and why Author Jon Cloud thinks your genes does not dictate what what “they” or “Docs” think is the reason why you have cancer or an obesity problem. This is “truth” or Time Magazine would lose a lot of creditability, don’t you think?

I thought I was fit from fitness
Nothing is more alarming to a young man at the tender age of 25, right after my birthday, that I was diagnosed with a terminally fatal disease in the brain called cancer. Fitness changed my life and I thought I was fit on the outside. After going through cancer treatment, I was not FIT from the inside and I was being officially diagnosed with brain cancer because I did not have enough antioxidants in my body. By not taking extreme care of my bodies health and vitality, oh I suffered. I was very fit physically but I had not been trained about how to replace those very vital nutrients that I had destroyed! Fitness tore my body down from a cellular structure.
Phytonutrients are key in fitness

You need phytonutrients when working out or exercising because they will take care or kill the free radical/dead/mutated cells. Colored fruits and vegetables that have grown because of photosynthesis (from the sun) such as broccoli and apples are the best nutrients that the universe can provide form our circle of life. Anything that is of color especially the known to the people who know, “Gac Fruit” which is one highest phytonutrients known to man on earth.
Please plan to get your diet on par before you go to train for fitness by either running, weightlifting, swimming, or even sitting in the sauna.
Fitness is a lifestyle but like anything it takes years to be regarded as a master and not the student! Think about the lifestyle that the ancient spartan warriors lived and died a fit mentality while they partook in to battle the of Thermopylae. Do you think the 300 warriors of ancient Sparta ate pizza?
